At ARUELLE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new loungewear or lingerie isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all ARUELLE tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
